What Our Guests Say
Here you can get a full impression of how other campers experienced their stay with us.
A big thank you to everyone who shared their experiences!
Our campsite is also a popular holiday destination for families. A small playground with a slide, swing, and climbing tower keeps the little ones entertained. For guests of all ages, there are two table tennis tables and a football table available. Just a 5-minute walk from the campsite, you'll find a skate park and a football pitch where children and teenagers can play freely and safely.
But it’s not just the campsite that offers fun for families — the surrounding area has even more to discover. We’re happy to share some of the top family-friendly highlights with you.
The Sportwell Mals indoor and outdoor swimming pool is just a 4-minute walk from the campsite – perfect for families! Whether enjoying the sunshine in the outdoor pool or swimming indoors regardless of the weather, children can splash around while parents relax. Admission to both the indoor and outdoor pools is already included in the price for our guests.
The Watles Adventure Mountain is one of the most family-friendly excursion destinations in Vinschgau. Especially during the summer months, the mountain offers a perfect mix of physical activity, nature experiences, and child-friendly adventure. The play lake with a raft and suspension bridge invites discovery and relaxation, while the 3D archery course and the Watles Rider provide real moments of adventure. The hiking trails around Watles are also ideal for families – short stages, gentle climbs, and magnificent views make the journey together a true pleasure.
The flat Waal trails along the old water channels are ideal for families with children: walking barefoot through the water, skipping stones, or simply listening to the gentle splashing – here, the landscape becomes a playground.
A special highlight is the Auenweg in Schluderns: a short, child-friendly circular trail through the biotope by the River Etsch, featuring information boards, wooden walkways, observation points, and a small natural playground. Perfect for curious explorers and an exciting alternative to traditional walking paths.
Culture is fun for children too—especially when it invites them to join in. In the medieval town of Glurns, little explorers can walk along the accessible city walls, and nearby Churburg Castle houses original knight’s armor. At the Vinschgau Museum, history comes alive through interactive stations, and Marienberg Abbey impresses with its fascinating past and wide views over the valley.
